I, THE ARTIST:• HAVE THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY COMMISSION FOR ANY REASON• CAN POST THE PIECE TO MY SOCIALS UNLESS REQUESTED BY THE CLIENT NOT TO• CAN DISPLAY THE PIECE FOR SELF-ADVERTISING• HAVE COPYRIGHT OVER THE PIECE• WILL GIVE UPDATES WHEN ASKED

you, the commissioner:• Must pay DOUBLE of the initial price if the piece will be for commercial use, ex. streaming assets• May repost the piece to social media with credit• May edit/modify the piece BUT credit must be given• May use the artwork for any personal use (including printing for yourself)• Are NOT allowed to trace nor claim it as your own work• Are NOT allowed to sell merch/products using commissioned work
